It brings me so much joy to share these pieces with you all- this technique of dyeing is slightly unpredictable by nature, and it incorporates rich colors, and organic patterns formed by nature's elements, and a little bit of surprise - everything I love, in one majestic package. Each piece turns out completely unique, and contains seemingly endless cosmic universes of swirling color.

Dyed by hand with unique fiber-reactive pigments, I let the abstract patterns and colors found in nature be my ultimate inspiration. Like water forming our landscapes, the melting ice carries the pigment through the fibers, creating patterns that are not only not found in traditional dyeing methods, but they often mimic nature in their shapes- take a closer look, you may find florals, mountains, butterflies, cosmic patterns, and more.
